Nigeria payment rails: category is not operator support
CBN records can identify licensed payment-service categories. They do not prove that a betting platform accepts a rail, supports withdrawals, charges no fee or processes instantly.

Deposit check
- Confirm exact domain, account name and NGN amount.
- Read the fee and limits shown in the same account.
- Never reveal a PIN, password or OTP.
- Keep the bank/payment reference and displayed terms.
Withdrawal check
- Check KYC and name-matching before depositing.
- Do not assume a deposit method supports withdrawals.
- Read pending and rejected transaction procedures.
- Escalate only through verified support channels.
What “instant” and “free” require
Both are mutable commercial claims. Publish them only when the exact operator and payment terms support them, with a checked date and scope. Otherwise show “not verified”.
